Cuba Gooding Jr. has come under the fire with new allegations of sexual assault. The actor has been booked for raping the same girl two times in 2013. The latest allegation has been made under a new lawsuit.

According to Variety, the actor performed sexual misconduct in a hotel room in New York City. Mark Heller, attorney of Gooding Jr. refused the allegations. The accuser who claimed the rape allegations has been kept anonymous.

“The allegations against Cuba Gooding Jr. are false and perjurious. There was absolutely no conduct committed in a criminal nature as alleged. We expect the case to be dismissed. It was an alleged incident that took place over seven years ago with no criminal complaint at the time,” Heller said.

As per the claim made by the anonymous woman that the As Good As It Gets star invited the woman in the room. The woman, reportedly, filed a civil lawsuit on Aug. 18 that the Oscar-winning actor started to remove his clothes in her presence.

The 52-year-old actor has been accused of blocking the exit as soon as she entered the door and later forced her to the bed. The actor then raped the woman back to back twice. However, the woman has sued the actor for the "crime of violence" alleged and looking forward to getting a trial soon.

According to the outlet, the woman has not specified the punitive, and compensatory losses. This is not the first time when the actor has been accused of sexual abuse. Besides the recent sexual assault accusation, Gooding Jr. is already accused of touching women forcibly and abusing sexually six times.

Last year, the actor was pleaded not guilty against the groping charges. As per the claims, the actor groped three ladies in a nightclub in 2018 in New York City. The unidentified woman who accused the actor recently met him at the Greenwich Village lounge.

Apparently, the woman and her friend were invited for a couple of drinks at The Mercer Hotel in SoHo. As per the suit filed, the woman said she wanted to meet someone downstairs when the actor started to undress.

By that time, the woman said it was too late as he blocked her way out and, allegedly, started touching her without consent. The suit revealed that the woman was donned a halter top at that moment. However, none of the allegations has been pleaded guilty yet.
