38-year-old American songstress, Britney Spears, admitted that she is currently in a point where she fully realizes that her conservatorship must be altered considerably, so the reflection of the primary changes in her lifestyle and her stated wishes will be mentioned. The matter is proved correct by the papers revealed by the singer's lawyer on Aug. 17 (Monday).

Hollywood Life obtained the documents filed by the lawyer where it says that Britney "strongly opposes" to her father, 68-year-old Jamie Spears, acting upon as the "sole conservator of her estate." Moreover, Britney's father and Andrew M. Wallet manage with the singer financial conservatorship starting from 2008 until last year, the same year Andrew resigned. For the time being, the 'Hold It Against Me' singer firmly chooses to hire a qualified corporate fiduciary that best fits for the role.

However, Britney's request, as mentioned earlier, is just among her list. With her wish to hire a legal trustee to manage and spend her money wisely, the songstress also firmly asks to appoint Jodi Montgomery to be the permanent conservator over her person. Jodi is a professional and licensed conservator hired by the singer on September 9, 2019, replacing Jamie's place.

The permanent role Britney wishes for Jodi back the conservator's contract that is about to expire on Aug. 22. Moreover, the singer wrote her request to waive the termination of Jodi's commitment in the future.

According to US Magazine, Jamie is yet to comment on the matter officially.

Britney Spears announces hiatus

Above all, Britney's wishes and requests, the 'Toxic' singer's fans were stunned by her another desire. The total performer revealed that she does not want to perform during this time. The legal document put an end to her fans' high hopes in seeing their idol debuting her comeback album or tour.

The singer prefers for someone to be on her assistance with her estate's business venture while having Jodi keep her sole position. Credible sources say that Britney's is based on the document her lawyer filed, and she does not seek to stop her conservatorship abruptly. The singer only glazes to "reflect the major changes" that have happened recently.

A congregation of The Disney alum's fans has been pleading to their idol to end her legal conservatorship issue by using the #FreeBritney hashtag. Jami, Britney's father, reacted to the fans blurts out online by writing, "conspiracy theorists don't know anything."
