A new teaser for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians season 18, which is slated to premiere on Sep. 17, features Scott Disick accusing his ex-partner's mother Kris Jenner, and her children for his rehab photo leak. The promo, which was released by E! on Monday shows the popular media personality feeling shocked after news about his treatment in rehab in April surfaced.

It can be recalled that a photo showing Disick,37, inside the rehab center found its way on to the internet back in May, just a week after he arrived a the Colorado treatment facility. Following the photo leak, he checked himself out and returned to Los Angeles.

"There couldn't have been a bigger betrayal," Disick said referencing the leaked photo. He accused the Kardashians of leaking his treatment details to the press. In the promo, he seems to be confronting members of the family including Rob, Khloe, Kim, and their momager Kris Jenner during a Zoom call.

Disick wastes no time in establishing that he doesn't trust anyone in the family. Aside from that, the promo shows the family struggling with the coronavirus pandemic. In one scene, Khloe,39, is seen taking the COVID-19 test, while Kim, 39, expresses concern for her sister, PEOPLE reported.

To make things worse for Khloe, she is currently also juggling her relationship with ex-partner Tristan Thompson, who she accused of cheating on her with Jordyn Woods. She asks Tristan in one scene why he couldn't be that when there were together.

Towards the end of the promo, Kim and Kourtney are seen rushing to leave Paris following Kanye West's fashion show in Mar. In the scene, Kim is seen warning Kourtney that Paris might go on lockdown, adding that they need to leave.

Khloe spilled the beans on the upcoming episodes during an interview with PEOPLE, hinting at her long-private brother's entry on the show. Noting that they are filming more within their homes, she revealed that Rob is with them, adding that she is excited for KUWTK fans to see that.

She went on to describe Rob as a good person, and that she is just happy about his comeback to the show. Kourtney, on the other hand, will be refraining from making appearances on the show, keeping in line with her announcement about taking a step back from the reality show to focus on her family.
