Miley Cyrus On Breakup With Cody Simpson: 'Two Halves Can't Make A Whole'
Miley Cyrus has come back after a short period of living in oblivion to call her dibs on the headline slot. All of a sudden, a multitude of Miley-news has flooded the entertainment section of major publishers.
In a candid interview on Call Her Daddy podcast with Alexandra Cooper, the singer got vocal about her relationship with, now her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth - telling the world that she had been lying to him for 10 years that he wasn’t the first guy she had sex with.
Cyrus didn’t make any mentions of Hemsworth’s name, but it was a child’s play to make out who she was referring to. She alluded to Hemsworth on several occasions for example she said that “it wasn’t Nick Jonas, but I ended up marrying the guy so that's pretty crazy."
Apparently, that wasn’t it, Miley had more things to clear out - she took to Instagram Live to shed light on her split from her boyfriend Cody Simpson. Cyrus said that she and Cody have decided to call it a day, but will continue to be friends. According to Miley, they are going to focus more on themselves, work and try to be who they want to be.
In addition to that, Cyrus has also asked her fans to take it the way it is and not make a mountain out of a mole. She also requested her fans not to act surprised if she and Cody are seen together again casually taking a stroll or "getting a pizza." Miley also added that she is “done with the bullshit.”
A few months back, a piece of news came about that Cyrus had maintained her sobriety for 6 months - and here it is, now the singer has expressed her will to take it further. The 27-year old has equated life with seasons and says life changes just like seasons do. It can be said that this is definitely a period of change for the signer and she is taking it more seriously than ever before.
Taking everything into consideration, it seems likely that Cyrus has discovered a new meaning to life which is more career-driven.
