Cartermatt reported that the team will resume filming early next month. Deadline, as per Daily Express, revealed the cameras for NCIS Season 18 will start rolling on September 9. ‘NCIS’ Season 18 spoilers

As for its storyline, the production team has not released an official statement as to what angles will be explored in the forthcoming NCIS Season 18. While the new season is expected to pick up where it left off, avid followers of the show should expect some twists and turns coming up along the way.

A separate Daily Express report claimed that Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen) and Breena Slater (Michelle Pierce) are likely to divorce in NCIS Season 18. The publication suggested that the couple’s marriage appeared to be on the rocks when Jimmy rushed his work as he and Breena planned to have a Valentine’s Day trip. However, the agent was forced to work later than expected and, instead, canceled his plans with his wife.

"I’m so sorry this happened, my darling. You know if I could change it I would. Just know that I love you, OK?” Jimmy told Breena over the phone in Season 17’s “Lonely Hearts” episode. He, then, revealed that his wife was displeased with the news and continued his work.

The news outlet added that, aside from Jimmy and Breena, Timothy McGee’s (Sean Murray) marriage with Delilah Fielding (Margo Harshman) is, also, at risk in NCIS Season 18. These are some things fans should watch out for in the upcoming new installment.
