Are Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in danger as they start a new life in Los Angeles?  Are they at risk of living as commoners with no security entail? Will they ever secure jobs in this economic downturn?

According to a new report, it could be a possibility because they could no longer afford their costly security body.

As Daily Mail UK reported, Meghan and Harry are unable to earn significant income these days and that is going to be a problem because their security is expensive.

The royal expert who shared this tidbit to the news site, Omid Scobie, claimed that the  £4million security they have to shoulder now on their own is no walk in the park. The world is presently being very sluggish because of the coronavirus pandemic, so it is truly a bad time to start anew. Not to mention, their royal lives, particularly Prince Harry’s, did not really prepare them that much for pursuing a lot of commercial opportunities.

“They have spent the last few years not earning a living. As a royal, your expenses are covered but you don't earn a salary. It will be very tough for them especially in the few months ahead,” Scobie said.

The expert claimed that it’s unclear when this would end.

Markle can go back to acting, but Hollywood itself is affected by the crisis. The malicious reports against them on a daily basis are not helping either. Not only have they been called spineless and selfish, but Markle is also described as being a diva and controlling. On the other hand, Prince Harry has been described as rootless.

Other experts claimed that they simply left the UK at a very bad time. The country is presently at a worrying time and there they go – leaving their royal family and pursuing personal goals.

Donald Trump has long personally proclaimed his thoughts on the matter. Even before someone on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s camp spoke up that a private security arrangement has already been made while the two are in the United States, the President already said he’s not going to fund their security at all.

While it would be truly unfair for the US taxpayers to pay for their security, some said Trump is just standoffish against the idea because Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have individually criticized him in the past. Markle even said she’s not returning to LA as long as Trump’s the President.
