A year ago, a magazine insisted Hollywood actress Julia Roberts was so eager to salvage her marriage to Danny Moder that she opted for plastic surgery. However, the story appears to be a fabricated one. 

An outlet claimed last summer that the Pretty Woman star underwent several tucks and nips to repair her marriage to Moder. The magazine contended that the actress opted for plastic surgery so that she could rekindle her romance with her husband.

A so-called source, reportedly, told the outlet that she was on a surgery spree to come out of her past insecurities. The same insider said the actress was having issues with her married life and required some help. 

The unnamed insider further added that the Runaway Bride actress, allegedly, got a face-lift, as well as, lip fillers to revive her youthful appearance. She also opted for these surgeries so that her cinematographer husband would not look at younger women. 

However, it looks like the magazine should have done proper homework before coming up with such a fabricated report. The report seems to be bogus as the actress did not opt for any kind of cosmetic surgery. She was not even trying to resort to such tactics to salvage her relationship. 

For the universe, Julia Roberts had vehemently spoken against the practice of plastic surgeries in the past. She told in one of her 2014 interviews while discussing her association with Lancome, the beauty company that she had taken a great risk in the showbiz business by not going for a face-lift.  

The actress added that she intimated the beauty company of her wish to become an “aging model.” Lancome was okay with her desire and had decided to retain her for another 5 years until she is over 50. It is quite obvious from this interview that the actress has no qualms about aging gracefully. 

There have been near-constant reports on the possibility of a relationship between the actress and her former co-star Richard Gere. The duo acted together in two of the 1990s most famous movies – Pretty Women and Runaway Bride.

The pair were known for their hot on-screen chemistry, which sparked rumors that they also had a real-life romance. However, these reports have also emerged to be incorrect over the years. Both these good looking stars are happily married to their respective spouse, Heavy.com reports. 

There have been numerous reports about Danny Moder’s marriage to Julia Roberts being in jeopardy. For example, an outlet claimed last November that the couple was heading for an expensive $200 million divorce. However, the couple is still married and there is no evidence to support the story, Gossip Cop reports.
