Drake Is Being Linked With Bruno Mars For A Collaboration Ahead Of His Album Release
Canadian rapper and singer, Aubrey Drake Graham, prominently knows as Drake will make known his highly-awaited sixth studio album entitled "Skeleton King" in the coming days. And it's sooner than we expected!
According to OnSMASH, the 22-year-old rapper is in works of pre-releasing "Skeleton King's" lead track, linking the "What's My Name" rapper to the American singer Bruno Mars, 34. The speculations carry the banner of the anticipated duo's collaboration track to arrive on August 14 (Friday).
If the truth on the rumored date succeeds, the track will be the first release of Drake and Mars. The "Just The Way You Are" singer's last stunt is a Cardi B collaboration in 2019 for "Please Me."
The suspected release date of Drake and Mars' rumored collaboration and the rapper's album arrival on August 29 followed the light of the Canadian rapper's status update when he dropped "Dark Lane Demo Tapes" in May, HipHopDx says. Drake previously shared that time that he will be dropping his newest studio album in summer. If so, "Skeleton King" follows after the rapper's successful "Scorpion" album launch in 2018.
As per NME, the official release date and title for Drake's sixth studio album is still unknown. And for the collaboration case, both Mars and Drake, has not confirmed or released any statement.
The daddy-of-one teased his beloved fans when he shared a photo of himself to his Instagram Story with an "80%" writing on the top part.
On July 28, Noel Cadastre, the rapper's engineer, delighted the fans with an update on Drake's brand-new album. Cadastre says that it now only needs ten percent of best craft to call it done, but he also abruptly took the fans' anticipation when he said the remainder fulfillment would need the fans to wait solely.
Moreover, the "God's Plan" rapper has teamed up with several most sought artists, namely, Headie One, Popcaan, and DJ Khaled.
In Drake's recent interview with TSN, the rapper said that his upcoming album consists of ten to sixteen songs, which is way less to "Scorpion." The said erstwhile album bottles up twenty-five tracks.
In a previous report, Drake went to Rihanna's home country, Barbados, for work. The rapper also visited Rihanna's childhood neighborhood, played basketball, and took a lot of photos with the locals. The rapper's visit to Barbados made his fans speculate that their idol is trying to win Rihanna back shortly after his recent breakup. Drake stayed for a few weeks in Barbados before heading back to Toronto.
