For the starters, very few are aware this handsome Hollywood A-lister had initially refused to act in the spy thriller Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Reports have it that his refusal was linked to his original co-actor in the film. 

Also, for the universe, the Fight Club actor had just $325 with him when he came to LA for the first time to try his luck in films. It was Melissa Etheridge, a singer-songwriter who allowed the aspiring actor to use her couch to rest. 

The songstress also helped the Troy actor to audition for the 1992 movie A River Runs Through It. The film was directed by Robert Redford, a famous actor-director of Hollywood. Etheridge even helped Pitt prepare for the role by teaching the actor the tricks of flying fish.

Etheridge revealed this interesting piece of information in 2011 on her radio show. She also mentioned that Brad Pitt had come to her place for the audition because there was a swimming pool at her place and he learned the art of flying fish there. 

China banned this talented actor from entering into its territories after he acted in a film titled Seven Years in Tibet. The movie was slammed by China as it portrayed the Dalai Lama in a positive light. 

The People’s Republic of China also claims that the film represented their country in a poor light, E! News reports. However, the restriction was waived off around two decades later when Pitt visited China for the promotion of his 2016 movie Allied. 

The actor is also passionate about architecture apart from acting in films. It was reported that he worked as an informal apprentice at the Los Angeles office of the famous architect Frank Gehry. He even remodeled the wine cellar of the house where he and his former wife Jennifer Aniston lived while they were married. 

In other news, Pitt and Jen have both been nominated for awards in different categories at this year’s Emmys. So, the famous exes are likely to cross paths again. 

Their in-person meeting does not seem to be likely though, given the current global health crisis. However, there have been talks about how Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston might have a virtual reunion during the biggest night of TV. Additionally, it is not the only time the former couple is likely to grab eyeballs at an award ceremony, E! News mentions.
