Prince Harry’s Ex-BFF Tom Inskip Expressed Reservations About His Relationship With Meghan Markle
Prince Harry’s former best friend, Tom Inskip also had reservations about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s relationship.
In the book Finding Freedom, a source said that Inskip encouraged Prince Harry and Markle to live together before they tie the knot.
After all, the Duke of Sussex told Inskip that he wanted to wed Markle less than a year after they started dating.
The source said that Prince Harry knew that Inskip’s words came from a good place. However, he couldn’t also believe that someone very close to him wouldn’t support his desire to be with Markle.
Last year, reports swirled that Prince Harry and Inskip had a falling out and Markle was blamed for it. The Suits alum allegedly urged Prince Harry to cut ties with his former best friend because he’s a bad influence on the Duke of Sussex.
However, this may not entirely be the case. Prince Harry might have ended his friendship with Inskip because of the comments the latter made about Markle.
A similar thing happened between Prince William and Prince Harry. After the Duke of Cambridge expressed his concerns about Prince Harry and Markle’s relationship.
According to sources, Prince William’s statements also came from a good place. However, Prince Harry overreacted and he became upset. Today, the royal siblings haven’t been talking regularly.
Meanwhile, despite the criticisms, Markle is reportedly doing fine in Los Angeles. And it seems she’s unfazed by what Prince Harry’s friends and family have been saying about her.
“She looks and feels amazing. Meghan’s gotten used to dressing down. On a day to day basis, she wears jeans or yoga pants, big sweaters and flats or sneakers, which she feels comfortable and relaxed in and keeps her makeup minimal,” the source said.
In related news, Prince Harry and Markle also made headlines this week after it was revealed that she dropped two signs that they were already engaged even before confirming the news to the world.
Royally Obsessed podcast hosts Roberta Fiorito and Rachel Bowie said that Prince Harry and Markle were already engaged when they attend the Invictus Games in September 2017.
“She said she texted her friends a picture of the ring. So, was that before November? It's impressive how so many people kept it under wraps,” Fiorito said.
Prince Harry and Markle announced their engagement in November. And the couple tied the knot in May 2018.
