Like several other college-goers, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s eldest child Maddox has to complete the ongoing semester remotely from home. Maddox had to return from his university in South Korea amid the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pitt and Jolie’s 19-year-old son is in his first year at South Korea’s Yonsei University. He has to now participate in the virtual learning programs of the university.

Meanwhile, the Maleficent star shared in a recent interview that her son will return to South Korea once the global health crisis calms down. On the other hand, a source informed ET that her eldest kid is still pursuing his studies at Yonsei University. However, he is attending classes remotely at present.

Angie had discussed her eldest son’s studies back in April this year. The actress said how pleased she was with her son’s choice of university. She intimated that although the university has suspended its classes due to the pandemic, her son will not take a transfer.

She told a South Korean outlet called Dong-A Ilbo Daily that her son is using this spare time to focus on learning languages like Russian and Korean. The Salt actress said they were overjoyed as the family will now get the chance to get familiar with South Korea because of Maddox.

Angelina Jolie also expressed her grief over the sufferings of the people globally amid the outbreak of the pandemic. She hoped that there will be more international cooperation to battle this health crisis as a single entity. Jolie had previously confessed that she became emotional after her son went to South Korea to pursue his studies.

Meanwhile, after knowing that his university will be closed, Maddox returned to Los Angeles in March this year. He reunited with his mom and his five siblings. An insider claimed that Brad Pitt and Angelia Jolie’s eldest son celebrated his 19th birthday on Aug. 5 2020 with his siblings and mother.

Jolie and Pitt have come a long way as they have, reportedly, buried their hatchet and are in a comfortable place today. It was reported that the former couple is now in a position where they can amicably discuss issues about the well-being of their children.

However, the former power couple of Hollywood has no intention to reunite. Any communication that is taking place between them is only related to the future and needs of their six children.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt had a messy break-up around four years ago. The Fight Club actor has been spotted quite a few times leaving his former wife’s plus mansion in Los Angeles as he zoomed on one of his flashy motorcycles.
