Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Allegedly Call Off Divorce After Actor’s Mom Blasts Former Daughter-In-Law
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been at the center of rumors since they first started dating.
In 2016, Jolie announced her decision to divorce Pitt. And immediately after, speculations about the couple’s relationship became rife.
For instance, there were claims that Pitt’s mom finally had enough of her former daughter-in-law shading the actor during her interviews.
According to Woman’s Day, Pitt’s parents Bill and Jane confronted Jolie by urging the actress to stop putting their son through hell.
“Jane has kept her mouth shut for a long time, but watching Brad’s private agony behind closed doors has now become too much to bear. She told Angelina how upsetting it’s been watching her continually twisting the knife and publicly making digs at her son three long years after their split,” the source said.
Pitt’s mom also allegedly threatened Jolie with a tell-all interview. Jane allegedly said that she would reveal everything that the actress did to Pitt, which includes furious text messages that Jolie sent to her ex-husband.
The source said that Jolie was visibly shaken after Jane confronted her. And since Jane is a well-mannered individual, the Maleficent: Mistress of Evil figured that she doesn’t want to mess with her mother-in-law.
Months later, WHO claimed that Jolie and Pitt have decided to call off their divorce. While there was no mention of Jane in the story, calling off the couple’s divorce may be favorable for Jolie and Jane following their alleged feud.
The only problem is, the two women never had a confrontation. And it is also untrue that Jolie and Pitt called off their divorce.
Today, Jolie and Pitt have become more amicable with each other. In fact, things have been moving forward for the exes that’s why Pitt regularly visits his kids at Jolie’s home.
However, this doesn’t mean that the exes called off their divorce or that they are getting back together.
Jolie and Pitt have also yet to finalize their custody agreement. According to sources, the coronavirus pandemic has slowed everything down for the A-listers. But the most important thing right now is that they’re getting along well for the sake of their six children.
According to Us Weekly, Jolie has also been advocating for her two sons, Maddox and Pax to reconcile with their dad.
However, a source close to the family said that there are no signs that Jolie has been trying to bridge the gap between her ex-husband and sons.
