BTS Upcoming Concert 'Break The Silence: The Movie' Approaching Theaters
The boy band BTS is all set to feature in a movie, again! The smashing hit musical group of K-pop is ready for the big screen with the upcoming project, Break The Silence: The Movie. The musical group is managed by Big Hit Entertainment.
The management company officially announced that the latest movie is based on a world tour the band did in 2019 called Love Yourself: Speak Yourself. This is not the first time BTS will treat their fans with a concert movie. The band boys have released three more concert films in the past.
One of their films broke the records and collected $24.3 million at the box office worldwide, Bring the Soul: The Movie. The movie marked a record of the biggest release in the event cinema category. The brand new world tour included BTS members such as J-Hope, V, Suga, Jungkook, Jimin, Jin, and RM.
The stars performed across the world in Paris, São Paulo, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Shizuoka, Osaka, Seoul, Riyadh, and New York stadiums. The upcoming Break The Silence: The Movie project will be the fourth BTS concert movie that will allow fans to peek inside the personal life of the stars and check out behind the scenes footage.
The movie will also feature the latest interviews of the cast members. The movie is set to release on Sept. 10 while it premieres in the United States on Sept. 24. Meanwhile, the band is ready to perform at MTV Video Music Award on Aug. 30.
BTS will release their latest single during the performance called Dynamite. It seems the pandemic also can't stop the hottest talent to perform on the music awards event this year. The event will take place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
However, it is not unleashed yet if there will be no audience in the event or limited fans are allowed during the event. The Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo revealed that due to the ongoing crisis surety of live audience is uncertain.
Besides BTS performance, J Balvin and Doja Cat will rock the stage along with other hottest talents. However, this show will mark the first gig of the K-pop band on VMA and the first Only-English track they will ever perform.
The single track is slated to release before the event on Aug. 21. MTV has already announced a complete list of the 2020 award show's nominees. Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande have bagged nine nominations individually.
