Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux’s Ill-Fated Romance That Led To A Painful Split
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux exchanged their vows at a stunning private wedding ceremony at their home in Bel Air in 2015. However, their romance was short-lived as they split only a couple of years later.
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's nuptials were carried on in their Bel Air home in the presence of a few friends and close family members in August 2015. The couple was engaged for three years and the entire Hollywood followed their romance keenly. Unfortunately, the couple split just two years after being married amid cordial circumstances and claims to be close pals to date.
Five years have passed since Jen and Theroux got married and some sources insist that they had an “incompatible” relationship. After the Friends alum had a dramatic divorce from Brad Pitt, friends were excited when she met Theroux in 2007.
While there is no clarity on when Theroux and Jen’s romance became official, the duo, allegedly, started living together by 2011. Their relationship became stronger quite soon.
Yet, some insiders insisted that the lovebirds were highly incompatible. A source even said that the couple was so much in love that they did not see their incompatibilities in the beginning.
While Justin Theroux was a typical hipster from New York who was fond of the alternative lifestyle, Jennifer Aniston lived a reclusive life when they fell in love. Jen had revealed the traits she wanted to see in her partner by 2012.
Theroux proposed to The Morning Show star the same year on his birthday and the duo exchanged their vows just three years later. Jen’s close pals including her Friends’co-stars Lisa Kudrow and Courtney Cox were also present at her wedding.
The newlywed couple appeared to be head over heels throughout their short-lived marriage. They shared innumerable adorable photographs on social media and complimented one another publicly.
However, all was not well in their marriage and cracks seemed to appear. While Aniston loved staying in Los Angeles, Theroux was fonder of living on the east coast, which also made things tough for them, Mirror.co.uk reports.
They were also quite different from another and the actor was a “free spirit” and “nomadic” as opposed to Jen. The duo tried to save their marriage by going for a make-or-break vacation in Mexico in 2018.
However, things did not seem to improve and they broke quite a few hearts by announcing their split formally in the same year. The pair said they will continue to remain friends with each other.
People close to the former couple said it was obvious that they would split. A close friend had told The Sun that Justin Theroux was spending a lot of time in the company of other people and his split with Jennifer Aniston was inevitable.
