Former couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have never accepted that they had an affair while the actor was married to Jennifer Aniston. However, their bodyguards have had different takes on this. 

It all started when the duo worked together in the action comedy film Mr. & Mrs. Smith, which released in 2005. However, the Troy actor was still married to the Friends alum at that time. He and Jolie were quick to deny the speculations over their affair then. 

Rather, the exes said they had a serious relationship after Pitt parted ways from Aniston in January 2005. The Maleficent actress had said in an interview that she and the Fight Club actor were just good friends for a long time. 

However, her bodyguard Mark Behar had an interesting revelation to make. He said the duo was very close in their trailer. He further claimed that there were several aides on the set and they were the ones who exchanged the former couple’s frequent notes. 

Angelina Jolie’s bodyguard told a publication that she and Brad Pitt used to constantly flirt and laugh with one another. It seems they acted like two school children who were attracted to each other and looked incredibly cute. 

Behar further added that he was not surprised when Pitt and Jolie eventually decided to exchange vows several years later. 

However, Kris Herzog, a former bodyguard of Pitt has mentioned that Jen and Pitt had a different dynamic while they were married. He joined Pitt’s team after his divorce but recalls that The Morning Show star and the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actor were leading a happy married life before he started filming for Mr. & Mrs. Smith. 

The bodyguard said he never heard the former couple fighting in an interview given in 2016. According to him, there was not even any rumor of cheating before the actor interacted with Jolie, Mirror.co.uk reports

Herzog said that Aniston loved Pitt and did not even look at other men when she was with her husband. On the other hand, he feels Jolie and Pitt had a different relationship dynamic. 

It was as if they were the world’s most powerful couple and it was more for boosting their public image, according to Pitt’s bodyguard. The exes have six kids together before their split in 2016. 

There have been reports of a big row between Pitt and Maddox their eldest son, which some people claim was one of the reasons for their breakup.
