Meghan Markle Enjoyed Prince Harry's Text Messages Flavored with Tons of Emojis and Symbols
It was a union made with the strength of love – a couple of years after their marriage, the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex give a great example of the phrase ‘ match made in heaven.’ Finding Freedom, the book by royal reporters, Carolyn Durand and Omid Scobie, chronicles the details of the life of the royal couple.
Curtain has been pulled on a lot of hidden bits of their relationship with the Buckingham Palace and also their lovely life before marriage. Durand and Scobie have claimed through the book that Prince Harry’s skills at text messaging endeared him to Meghan Markle.
The book has not been helped by Sussexes, but those who are closest to them have given their accounts if the couple to put in the book. According to their close friends, after their first date, they would carry on their conversation through text messages.
Both of them felt strong emotions towards each other after their first meeting which was nothing but love, their friends said. Many sources have confirmed that Harry never wanted to hide his obsession with Meghan and consequently, he was the one who said ‘I love you’ first.
The romance was going on, both madly engrossed into each other. But, one thing that stood out to Meghan was Prince Harry’s way of framing text messages especially his use of the gray ghost emoji. Interestingly, Prince Harry would use the ghost emoji in replacement for the smiley face emoji which is commonly used and carries a different meaning altogether.
The Duchess of Sussex found the use of ghost emoji particularly funny as it would never fit the context of the text. Not only emojis, but the Duchess also loved the emotion-expressive quality of Harry’s messages. Prince Harry would support his text with loads of emojis leaving no space for misunderstanding.
The structure of messages has also been described – full of emojis and symbols, short and straight to the point with amazing humor.
The couple announced their engagement on Nov. 27 and got married in May of the next year. They welcomed their first baby named Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor in 2019. Since they got married, the love between them has seen a meteoric surge but there has been a state of turmoil in the royal family.
Recently, they were even stripped off their royal titles, now living in L.A. a normal husband-wife life.
The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex have amazed the world with the incredible stories of their love. Kudos to Finding Freedom that has truly introduced the royal lifestyle to the world like nothing before.
