Princess Beatrice, allegedly, rushed into marrying her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi because she’s pregnant.

A source told OK! magazine that Princess Beatrice’s wedding wasn’t supposed to take place in July. Rather, it was scheduled to take place a few months later. But because of her pregnancy, Princess Beatrice had to rush into marrying Mozzi.

“It was a huge surprise to everyone. The invites went out a week before the ceremony, mostly via email or word of mouth. It was clearly an extremely last minute thing. The wedding wasn’t supposed to take place for months but when Beatrice discovered she was expecting, they quickly decided to marry,” the source said.

But Princess Beatrice’s pregnancy isn’t the only happy news for the Yorks. The source claimed that Princess Eugenie is also pregnant with her first child.

“Beatrice and Eugenie are so excited. They can’t believe they’ll be going through such an amazing experience at the same time,” the source said.

The insider also revealed that Queen Elizabeth was one of the first few people who learned about Princess Beatrice’s pregnancy. The monarch was, allegedly, taken aback at first because it was the last thing she expected to hear.

“But the queen’s less rigid than people think and she ultimately just wants her grandchildren to be happy,” the source said.

Meanwhile, though Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are, allegedly, pregnant at the same time, the latter will give birth first. Princess Eugenie is, allegedly, a little farther along in her pregnancy. Princess Beatrice, on the other hand, just passed her first trimester.

“There’s a buzz that the palace recently made a big announcement to inform staffers of the happy news and is gearing up to let the public know in the coming weeks. Sooner or later the whole world will know, so friends say they’re enjoying this quiet time while they can,” the source said.

As for the royal siblings’ parents, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson are, allegedly, thrilled to become first-time grandparents.

“Sarah’s absolutely thrilled and can’t wait to be a grandma. She’s been helping Beatrice and Eugenie with all the practical things and checking up on them to see what they need,” the source said.

However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. It is unlikely for Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie to be pregnant at the same time. And if they are, the official announcement will come from the palace.
