Megan Thee Stallion receives adorable gifts and well wishes from legends such as Rihanna and Beyonce among others. The rising rapper is recuperating from a horrifying shooting incident, which grabbed headlines this month.
The rapper seems to be enjoying all the love she is receiving from people around her including some of the most renowned musicians. She took to Instagram recently to share some of the gifts her fellow artists including Beyonce and Rihanna gave her.
Megan posted three snapshots on her Instagram page. These included two of her pictures while the third picture was of a beautiful bouquet sent to her by the Work hitmaker.
Rihanna wished the rising rapper a speedy recovery on a note, which accompanied the flowers she sent her. The singer revealed on Wednesday that she received flowers from Beyonce, another big name in the music industry.
The Crazy in Love hitmaker wrote an adorable message, which read “Sending You All My Love” with the white bouquet she sent Meg. The Savage hitmaker received support and empathy from various quarters after she was operated to remove pieces of the bullet from her feet.
Tony Lanez who was with her when the incident took place was arrested by the cops for possessing a concealed weapon in his car.
She got hurt after a shooting incident at the beginning of July 2020. The rapper not only received gifts from Rihanna and Beyonce but also got an adorable present from Lizzo.
Megan Thee Stallion took to her Instagram story to flaunt her gift. The sweet treat looked like a cute animal stuffed with plenty of Lucas candy and the singer seemed to be touched by the adorable gesture.
Meg received the gifts a day after she took to Insta Live and narrated how she got shot. She expressed her anguish over rumors, which insisted that the incident took place because of her fault, ET reports.
Megan said she came across many people who are coming up with false narratives, as well as, fabricating stories. The rapper denied hurting anyone and said she did not deserve this kind of behavior from someone.
The musician became emotional multiple times during her stream and told her fans not to worry as she will be fine and strong. She sounded positive and said she was all set for regular programming soon.
Megan Thee Stallion shared how she was shot after arguing with Tony Lanez, a fellow musician. She eventually had to undergo an emergency operation so that the bullets could be removed from her foot, Billboard reports.
