Princess Beatrice’s New Royal Wedding Photo With Husband Edo, Stepson Wolfie Released Then Deleted
A new royal wedding photo of Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi was released this week.
The royal couple’s florist, Rob Van Helden uploaded the photo on his Instagram account. But he deleted it a few minutes later. However, New Idea managed to capture the photo.
In the snap, Princess Beatrice and Mozzi are leaving the Royal Chapel of All Saints In Windsor with the latter’s 4-year-old son, Wolfie. The young boy’s face is, reportedly, not visible, but the body of a young boy is seen standing behind Mozzi.
What a week! Thank you so, so much for all your most kind messages. So grateful for the honor and privilege to have been part of the wedding of Her Royal Highness, Princess Beatrice of York, and Mr. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Wishing them a life filled with love and happiness,” Van Helden captioned the snap before it was deleted.
Princess Beatrice and Mozzi tied the knot earlier this month in a secret wedding. The news of their wedding was shared shortly after the ceremony ended.
It was confirmed that only 20 guests were present at the couple’s wedding. Their guests included Prince Andrew, Sarah Ferguson, Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Princess Eugenie, and Jack Brooksbank.
After the wedding, Princess Beatrice and Mozzi treated their guests to a private reception at the Royal Lodge. Thirty guests, reportedly, attended the celebration.
Shortly after the wedding, an official photo of Princess Beatrice and Mozzi was released. The snap shows the newlyweds standing outside the chapel. Standing a few feet beside the couple is the queen and the Duke of Edinburgh.
Eagle-eyed royal fans quickly noticed that Prince Andrew and Ferguson weren’t featured in the official royal photos. A royal expert said that the Duke of York wasn’t featured in the official wedding photos because of his alleged involvement in Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse case.
According to In Touch Weekly, the Duke of York ruined his eldest daughter’s wedding simply by being there. And when he didn’t appear in the official wedding photos, royal fans kept talking about Prince Andrew instead of Princess Beatrice.
A source told the tabloid that Princess Beatrice refused to postpone her wedding again because of her dad. She initially canceled it because she was afraid of the backlash that Prince Andrew could receive.
However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. Princess Beatrice’s wedding was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
