Ellen DeGeneres is, allegedly, always in a terrible mood and she always lashes out at her wife, Portia de Rossi.

According to Us Weekly, the couple has been having problems for years. And it’s only a matter of time before they file for divorce.

The couple’s marriage was, allegedly, affected by the recent allegations that there’s a toxic work environment on the set of Ellen Show.

“Ellen’s been in a terrible mood, and Portia’s on the receiving end. These are staff members who’ve worked for Ellen for years. Portia’s met some of them,” the source said.

The insider also said that the Scandal has had enough of DeGeneres’ temper tantrums and she wants out.

“She’s had enough of Ellen’s tantrums and demands. Things are so tense between them, friends are saying it could be the final straw for the couple,” the source said.

Rumors about DeGeneres and de Rossi divorcing have been rife for years.

Star previously claimed that the couple was heading for a $330 million divorce. And it was de Rossi that called it quits.

“While they act like they are crazy in love in public, Ellen and Portia have always had a contentious relationship behind the scenes. Portia is fed up with Ellen’s nonstop work schedule, her controlling behavior, and her constant flirting with younger women. The story is they had a blowout fight and Portia told Ellen she was a divorce,” the source said.

The insider claimed that DeGeneres’ friends have been telling her that de Rossi must have wanted out because she wants to date a man. The Ally McBeal actress was married to a man before so this wouldn’t, allegedly, be surprising.

“There have been lots of whispers about it. But she was married to a man before, so it wouldn’t be totally out of the blue. Of course, everything with them is always very hush-hush,” the source said.

The source also said that there’s no more turning back for the couple. Other than their constant fighting, de Rossi and DeGeneres also, allegedly, refused to stay in the same room.

“Sometimes Portia will even lock herself in a spare room and give Ellen the silent treatment, which drives Ellen crazy. There have been times when Ellen has lost her temper and told Portia to leave if she’s so miserable,” the source said.

However, years have passed and DeGeneres and de Rossi are still together. This can only mean that the tabloid’s claims are incorrect.
