Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian West are back again as she visited their Wyoming ranch. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star who was, reportedly, upset with her husband, met him after his rally was conducted.

The couple made headlines recently as West made controversial comments about abortion in his first-ever political rally. On the other hand, Kardashian was extremely upset and locked her husband. West made several tweets when he was locked up, which was eventually deleted.

However, it seems things are getting better between the couple after a huge storm. Kardashian reached Cody in Wyoming to spend time with her husband. The 43-year-old rapper has been resided in their ranch, according to TMZ.

In fact, everything seemed to be normal between the duo as they were sighted driving in the neighborhood. The 39-year-old businesswoman and the rapper were captured while driving in Wendy's parking area and they were sitting beside each other.

The controversial couple got back together after West apologized to the reality TV star on social media. West acknowledged the fact that he spoke about a private matter without his wife's permission in the public domain.

"I would like to apologize to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter. I did not cover her like she has covered me," West tweeted. He further thanked his wife for standing tall with him every time and asked for forgiveness as he admitted hurting her.

According to ET, a source revealed that Kardashian and her family are glad that the West apologized. However, the family's priority was to give No Church in the Wild singer help that was essential for him. West made comments that were extremely hurtful for the family and his wife, which can be healed only with the time.

The source further said that the priority is West's health. West's family was worried because he wasn't accepting medical help but thankfully since he has apologized publicly to his wife, now the medical procedure has been kicked off. West was captured on the weekend as he reached the hospital.

The rapper spent hardly 10 minutes and went back. Later, an ambulance arrived at his home. The source revealed that the musician first decided to get admitted to the hospital for his anxious feelings but later decided to continue his medication at his own property.
