Amber Heard Says Johnny Depp Attempts To Murder Her By Slapping, Choking, And More
Amber Heard and Johnny Depp were again present in the courtroom for the libel case. Depp has sued the U.K.’s Sun publisher, News Group Newspapers. The newspaper featured an article that accused Depp being a "wife beater".
The publishers seem to back their claims with the help of abuse allegations by the 34-year-old actress. However, the court allowed Depp's security team and assistant to present their testimonies in the court. Now, it was Heard's chance to speak in the court for disclosing her version.
Although earlier sessions of trial, the 57-year-old actor's team told the court that Heard was the abuser in their marriage. Depp along with his attorney disclosed several events when Heard tried to hurt Depp physically. According to the statement, Heard punched him with a haymaker in the face.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor revealed that he had to hide in the bathroom to save himself. However, on July 20 Criminal Minds star called her ex-husband a monster and someone with an alter-ego.
“He would blame all his actions on a self-created third party instead of himself, which he often called ‘the monster’,” according to BBC. The actress accused Depp of slapping, punching, head-butting her, choking, and kneeling on her back while she presumed that he might kill her eventually.
She further explained the intensity of the brutal act was so severe that she thought Depp might lose control and kill her. Heard shared a trip's incident that the couple took in 2015. The couple went to Australia and as per the statement, she was abused for three days without a break.
Heard told there were various injuries on her nose, lips, and even arms. She revealed that Depp used to call Leonardo DiCaprio and Channing Tatum by insulting names because he thought Heard has a physical relationship with her co-stars.
However, fans don't believe Heard because of her recording. Heard told Eleanor Laws, who is of Depp's lawyer that she never did domestic violence. Later, Laws presented a recording in which Heard was clearly confessing that she threw pans and pots at the actor.
However, the actress clarified that she was trying to save herself from Depp. Los Angeles police falsify the statement in which they mentioned that Heard wasn't injured, according to the actress. The police also recorded that there was no damage to the property, which the actress denied.
However, fans have noticed that Heard moved back from her statements a couple of times. They have been bashing her on twitter.
