A tabloid claimed a couple of years ago that Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt secretly got married in the actor’s backyard. However, it seems to be just plain rumor. 

Many people indeed wish that the Troy Star and the Friends alum reunite. However, it could be wishful thinking as both of them have already confirmed they are just good friends. 

 

The duo has had an amicable relationship even after they parted ways in 2005. Just because Pitt and Jolie have split and Jen’s marriage to Justin Theroux also ended, does not signify that they plan to rekindle their romance. 

 

A magazine insisted two years ago that Jen and Pitt remarried in his backyard. The same tabloid also claimed that George Clooney had been the best man for the alleged nuptials and the actor’s kids were present during this secret ceremony.

 

The publication even produced a photo featuring Jen in a white dress and the actor in a tuxedo at this supposed wedding. The magazine also quoted an anonymous insider who narrated incidents from the alleged nuptials.

 

However, this is not the first time; the outlet came up with such reports. Last year, the same magazine mentioned that the Fight Club star and The Morning Show actress had a baby girl together. 

 

It published a report where it was stated that the exes threw a special “gender reveal” bash to share the good news. Such a ridiculous scenario did not occur as reported by Gossip Cop. The publication claims they learned from a reliable representative that the story was false. 

 

Another report claimed that the pair were having a wedding, as well as, a child. The dubious report purported that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston reconciled soon after the latter parting ways from Theroux. Even this story was busted by some reliable publications. 

 

Meanwhile, after Pitt and Jen split up, the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star was linked with his Mr. & Mrs. Smith co-star Angelina Jolie. The actor even adopted Angie’s son Maddox. 

 

The pair went on to share five more kids to their family including two adopted children and three biological kids, Showbiz Cheat Sheet reports. However, Pitt and Jolie’s marriage ended just two years after they exchanged their vows. They split in 2016 and divorced three years later. 

 

On the other hand, Aniston was not in a relationship for many years. Jen and Justin Theroux started dating in 2011 and got engaged in the following year. The duo parted just two years of being together in 2017. 

 

As of date, there is no solid evidence to prove that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston had a secret wedding in the actor’s backyard.
