Taichi and gang arrive at the coast in the new episode. Digimon Adventure Episode 7 will see the return of Kido Joe. The new episode is titled That Boy is Kid Joe.

The official synopsis for Digimon Adventure Episode 7, shared by Twitter user Wikimon, teases Taichi, Sora and others meeting a boy named Kido Joe.

The latest spoilers suggest that Kido Joe is with Gomamon. He and Taichi are from the same elementary school. Before coming into the Digital World, Joe was working hard to enroll himself in a reputed middle school. However, he accidentally landed in the Digital World and now doesn’t know his mission.

He is not ready to recognize Gomamon as his partner and doesn’t wish to go with them.

When Taichi and others cannot persuade Joe, they decide to move ahead and cross the ocean without him.

However, the gang end up in front of a giant and dangerous Digimon named Gesomon. Later, Gomamon decides to save Taichi and his team’s life. Joe witnesses their incredible effort. It remains to be seen if Joe will chip in and help them.

The makers also released a promo trailer for Digimon Adventure Episode 7.

“Taichi crosses the sea where the vicious Digimon lives. A new boy appears to face this danger. The adventure continues to a new world,” Taichi said in Digimon Adventure Episode 7.

In the previous Digimon Adventure episode, darkness starts to make its move and the Holy Digimon must stop it. When Taichi’s team learn about their mission, they are attacked by a group of Digimon. Meanwhile, the danger is closing in on Koshiro who is moving through the Network. Shark-like Digimon attacks Koshiro and at that moment, Tentomon becomes Kabuterimon and rescues Koshiro. Elsewhere, Taichi and others also manage to escape without any damage. Later, they all set to cross the sea to the continent where the Holy Digimon stays.

The cast members of Digimon Adventure include Yuko Sanpei as Taichi Yagami, Chika Sakamoto as Agumon, Daisuke Namikawa as Yamato Ishida, Mayumi Yamaguchi as Gabumon, Ryoko Shiraishi as Sora Takenouchi, Atori Shigematsu as Piyomon, Yumiko Kobayashi as Koshiro Izumi, Takahiro Sakurai as Tentomon, Marika Kono as Mimi Tachikawa, Kinoko Yamada as Palmon, Takeshi Kusao as Joe Kido and Junko Takeuchi as Gomamon.
