Comicbook has shared the official synopsis of My Hero Academia: Team-Up Missions. According to the official summary, the budding heroes of My Hero Academia join hands with pro heroes for some great missions ahead.

The idea is to prepare the upcoming generation of heroes to do some ground-breaking and hard-hitting work. They want to train them for real missions on the ground. The heroes come up with a unique program, which involves pairing heroes with pro heroes for joint missions. This program is called Team-Up Missions Program. However, one of the guidelines of this program is that the students are not informed who will be their pro hero partner in the missions. The teachers of Class 1-A are Shoto Aizawa, he is the homeroom teacher. Hizashi Yamada teaches the English language to the students. Toshinori Yagi is responsible for imparting Foundational Hero Studies. Ken Ishiyama is the modern literature teacher.
