We all can’t deny the fact that summer is fast-approaching. But, even with the isolation we are experiencing at the moment due to the coronavirus, this is the best time to binge-watch TV series.

'Hightown' by STARZ – May 17

Hightown aired on Starz on May 17 with dark and twisted plot. The story revolves around Jackie Quiñones (played by Monica Raymund, a Chicago Fire alumna), an alcohol and drug addict, also a National Marine Fisheries Service Agent in Provincetown, Massachusetts, finds a dead a body of a woman which leads to a further investigation. Raymund is joined by actors Dohn Norwood and Hames Badge Dale in searching for the murderer. The series was renowned for its second season on June.

'13 Reason Why' by Netflix – June 5

The controversial teen-series has released their final season on June 5. Unfortunately, the shows forerunner, Hannah Baker (played by Katherine Langford) is a no-show to the last season. However, the Netflix produces series continued upon Monty’s death – with Winston trying to find out the murderer. Secrets of the characters have been revealed and as well as the reason of the unanticipated death of Justin Foley.

'Fuller House' by Netflix – June 2

The last episodes of Fuller House were released by Netflix on June 2, with the plot of having everyone getting married! Make sure to check the Fuller House’s final season for more of the expected laughs and tears.

'The Bold Type' by Freeform - June 14

Your favorite trio is back! The fourth season of The Bold type returned on Netflix June 4. The series continues to tackle about relevant and necessary stories on social issues and women; Katie Stevens, Aisha Dee, Meghann Fahy, and Melora Hardin will not dismay you for each episode is something to watch for.

'Barkskins' by National Geographic – May 25

Barkskins is a novel by Annie Proulx, that premiered on May 25 on NatGeo channel.  The movie-novel’s title is a term for servants and talks about two immigrants in New France, namely Charles Duquet and René, who’s occupation is wood-cutters.

'The Politicians' by Netflix – June 19

The Ryan Murphy show returned on Netflix having Ben Platt face-ff against Bette Midler and Judith Light in the New York State Senate. As per HollywoodLife, the face-off is one iconic fight you want to witness! The cast ensemble includes Marcia Gay Harden and David Thewlis.

'Dirty John: The Betty Broderick Story' by U.S.A. Network – June 2

The crime-series is now back with Dirty John getting all over Betty Broderick. The series focuses more on the split of the 16-year marriage between Betty and Dan Broderick, which ended in a homicide.

'Brave New World' by Peacock – July 5

Brave New World will premiere on NBCUniversal’s new streaming channel Peacock on July 15. The classic novel inspired (by Aldous Huxley) series will be revolving on a Utopian society where its peace and sustenance come from the places’ rich history. Harry Lloyd, Alden Ehrenreich, Demi Moore, and Jessica Findlay are among of the actors/actresses who will gracing the new series.

'Legendary' by HBO Max – May 27

Legendary aired on the launch of HBO Max showcasing over the top fashion in order to become a ‘legendary’ icon. The show was graced by celebrity judges, namely Megan Thee Stallion, Leiomy Maldonado, Law Roach, and Jameela Jamil. If you love fashion, this show is for you.

'I’ll Be Gone In The Dark' by HBO – June 28

The documentary is divided into six parts that will tackling the late Michelle McNamara’s study about the Golden State Killer. The documentary is based on McNamara’s best-selling book that will surely leave you shaking.

'Love, Victor' by Hulu – June 19

Love, Victor is a spin off from the 2018 Love, Simon movie. Michael Cimino, who plays as Victor, a new student at Creekwood High School, will take you his journey of knowing his gender identity, family challenges, and adjusting to a new place.
