The whole Johnny Depp-Amber Heard divorce aftermath keeps getting messier. This is despite the fact that their divorce was finalized in 2017. Accusations of domestic abuse and cheating allegations have been hurled against both parties, one which was that Amber cheated on Depp with TESLA founder Elon Musk.

But, a representative for the billionaire has denied these allegations. Amber Heard and Johnny Depp separated in Mar. 2016 and, apparently, she and Musk only started dating shortly after the separation. Their relationship did not even become romantic until months later. They have broken up once in August 2017, got back together in January the next year and then broke up a month later. 

This is contrary to Depp's claims that Amber started seeing the TESLA founder one month after they got married. He claims that Heard would be visited by Musk whenever Depp was out of the country

These are not the only allegations that Johnny is throwing against his former wife. They have already settled the lawsuit that Heard had against Johnny in the amount of $7 million. The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor has denied domestic abuse claims.

This whole debacle started again when Heard wrote an Op-ed for the Washington Post regarding the domestic abuse, leading the actor to file a $50 million dollar defamation lawsuit against Heard. According to The Hollywood Gossip, Depp claims that Heard violated their non-disclosure agreement. 

Depp's camp has present some evidence to back up their claim that Heard is the abuser in the marriage. This includes an audio recording where Amber could be heard admitting that she assaulted Depp. But a statement from Heard claims that all these actions of Depp are just efforts to silence the actress. 

“She will not be silenced. Mr. Depp’s actions prove he is unable to accept the truth of his ongoing abusive behavior,”  the statement claimed. They are confident that they will be able to defeat the groundless lawsuit. 

Meanwhile, the ongoing legal battle between the two will continue, as it is reported that Judge Bruce White of Fairfax County has found that at least three of the claims against Heard are actionable under defamation by implication. 

This not means that the case is heading to court. Upon hearing this, the representatives of Heard say they welcome the decision and will be presenting evidence to prove that they are telling the truth. 

This whole legal debacle is far from all over, but the two sides may have to wait until the pandemic is over before the case goes to court.
