Actor Hugh Jackman spoke about his insecurities while he was in conversation with Anne Hathaway and how he manages his fear now. 

Jackman said he has become more courageous in accepting his insecurities and apprehensions with age. The Wolverine star said so in an interview with Anne Hathaway. The star also discussed his recent movie Bad Education during the conversation. 

The Logan star was asked whether Cory Finley, the director of the film did anything special for the actor to trust him. The actor revealed that he has been always honest with his director and did not hesitate in speaking his mind. 

Hugh Jackman also said Finley’s personality made it easy to be open with him. He did not hesitate in telling his director when he wanted to stop a take and go. Jackman even shared his emotional state with the director while filming a sequence. 

There have been times when he even requested the director to stop for a moment because he was feeling nervous. He would tell Finley that he was feeling the pressure while shooting an important scene.

The director, in turn, told Jackman that he would only let the actor go home when he feels great. Finley even said that they would shoot a particular scene the following day if the actor was not feeling quite okay with shooting it. 

Finally, the X-Men star even confessed that he has become braver with his growing age. He feels easy, to be honest, and open about his “fears and insecurities”, Koimoi.com reports.

Meanwhile, innumerable fans of X-Men bid an emotional adieu to Wolverine through Logan in 2017. It was a film, which brought the role of the actor in the X-Men franchise to an end forever. The actor has also revealed a chain of events, which took place on the day the intensely emotional scene was filmed when his character was killed. 

Many people are aware of the fact that Jackman’s name became synonymous with the character Wolverine. After all, the actor had been portraying the popular on-screen role in the franchise for as many as 16 years. 

The Greatest Showman star had made up his mind to bid farewell to the X-Men character via Logan, a film directed by James Mangold. The actor shared some fond memories of the day when the death scene of his character Wolverine was shot. 

Hugh Jackman mentioned that the special scene was filmed on the same day when a stunt scene was planned. He remembers the scene was shot at an extremely high altitude. There were massive thunderstorms on that day and they had to shut down, Pinkvilla reports.
