Has Jennifer Lawrence had enough of Hollywood? Some sources are claiming that the award-winning actress had it with this life and has quit acting after getting engaged. 

But, Gossip Cop is quick to say that this is not true at all. It was just last year that reports of the actress, who won an Academy Award for her portrayal of a woman with a disorder in Silver Linings Playbook, has decided to focus on her love life. She started dating art gallery director Cooke Maroney last 2018 and they became engaged last February 2019. The couple got married last October 2019 at the Belcourt Newport mansion in Rhode Island. 

The 29-year-old bride married her 34-year old groom wearing a Dior gown and surrounded by about 150 guests, composed of her family and friends. Some of the Hollywood stars who graced the intimate event included Emma Stone, Sienna Miller and twins Mark Kate and Ashley Olsen. 

There is no credibility to the news that Lawrence is turning her back on Hollywood. Although she did say in 2017 that she wanted to take a break and had nothing planned for the next two years. But her Wikipedia page says that she has upcoming projects including an independent drama and a Netflix comedy film. She is also set to produce a film of the novel Burial Rites. 

Just recently, Lawrence and her husband made news when an intruder just tried to get into their home. TMZ reports that the intruder was a female and got into the house at around 9:15 pm. Apparently, the front doors to the home were not locked. 

Although there is no official statement, it seems that the actress was inside the house, but it was unclear if her husband was there. Fans should be glad to know that the female never got near the actress as she was blocked by security. Authorities were called and she was arrested. 

Her reason for trespassing was very simple. She just wanted to meet the actress!

This is not the first time that the actress has had a stalker. In fact, she shared an anecdote that she and friend Emma Stone actually shared the same stalker. They had been texting for about a year before deciding to meet. But both suddenly were afraid that they were actually going to mee the stalker, who was dubbed the orchestra guy. Thankfully, their fears were unfounded and the two continue to be friends to this day.
