Kanye West recently launched his own business, one that would offer Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner’s some strong, direct competition to their own respective businesses. Turns out, Kanye West did talk to them about it, and naturally this evoked some strong emotions from the Kardashians.

People were quick to assume that the emotions were negative, but this is not the case at all! Instead, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner were all supportive and even excited. They are reportedly happily making room for the 43-year-old hip-hop artist who is certainly not a newbie entrepreneur.

On June 2, he filed for the “Yeezy” trademark, that will cover beauty, skincare, and self-care essentials. There was first wide speculations that the rest of the family on that industry did not like it because it felt as if he is competing against them. But this is hardly the reality. Instead, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and even Kris Jenner have served as his mentors before he fully decided to get that trademark.

According to a source close to the artist, Kanye consulted all three, even though he desires to do his own thing. This means that he treats them as experts and not competition.

As much as Kanye wants to do his own thing especially with his "Yeezy" brand, he has had many discussions mostly with [his wife] Kim [Kardashian] on how to run an entire empire…he has also had discussions with [niece-in-law] Kylie [Jenner] and [his mother-in-law] Kris and they are supporting him on all his ventures and will help him out if he requests it,” the source told Hollywood Life.

The source added that the whole family wants him to be successful on this venture. They truly care about his success and even look forward to getting it. Moreover, even though Kanye can get any contacts he need or want, he needs to know who these valuable contacts are first, which are the forte of Kim, Kylie, and Kris. They’ve been in this industry for so long. “he ladies know exactly who to talk with and get him to the right people, which is a major asset for Kanye moving forward,” the source explained.

The three can give him the names he can trust. For sure, too many people would want to work with Kanye on this new endeavor, but going to those his family already trust, can speed things up.

The amount of experience and knowledge that the three ladies cannot be undermined. Kylie Jenner established her own company from the ground up. It has done so well right from the start. Her cosmetics usually sold out like hot pancakes. Kim is actually the same with her own shapewear line. But before this venture, she was able to establish her own brand already, using nothing but herself. Who does not know Kim Kardashian these days? And of course, one should credit all these magic to the assistance and wiles of their momager, Kris Jenner.
