U.S. President Donald Trump was teeming with confidence as he stepped out to send off the country's third Navy ship USNS Comfort. Accommodating a staggering 1,000 beds, the hospital ship is headed straight to New York City, which has emerged as the hotbed of the coronavirus pandemic in America.

Before the ship began its journey, the POTUS addressed the people. Just like in most cases, Trump was struggling when it came to pronouncing a relatively simple word. Instead of saying "suspend," the president ending up saying "dispend"

Twitterati Acyn Torabi (handle @Acyn) posted a video of the president's blooper, saying that the dad of five blundered on the word "suspend" and tried his best to play it off. Netizens quickly pointed out that Trump has been struggling when it came to pronouncing or remembering how to use certain words correctly because he has dementia.

Reacting to the video, Twitter user Samantha Sanderson (@SamSanderson123) said Trump has dementia, urging the readers to watch the tape where the president is seen taking a tiny step up to the platform. "WHO takes a step like that? WHY does MSM ignore his decline?" She wrote.

For the last two months, Trump has been taking jabs at Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden by deeming him sleeping. Both Trump and his son said Biden is suffering from dementia.

Trump recently sparked rumors that he has dementia. The POTUS was recently denounced by a psychoanalyst, who studied how he has been handling the coronavirus pandemic in the country. While talking to Salon, Dr. Justin Frank said that Trump's already poor mental health has deteriorated, and even called him a sociopath.

Trump's latest comment on Harvey Weinstein's guilty verdict left people wondering whether or not he has dementia. A Raw Story report citing professor of clinical psychology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, John Talmadge suggests Trump's statement about the former film producer indicated that he has dementia.

Moreover, Talmadge said that the statement is a clear indication that Trump's mental health is deteriorating. The professor says the condition can neither be cured nor treated. Aside from that, he pointed out that Trump's father Fred Trump struggled with Alzheimer’s dementia for years and the condition usually runs in families.

Political Journalist Jason Miciak; however, isn't convinced that Trump has dementia, claiming that the president's recent rant about rant just shows that he isn't quick-witted. Miciak pointed out that a diagnosis cannot be accepted unless Trump gets tested by a licensed physician.
