Jennifer Aniston Celebrates Good Friend Courteney Cox’s Birthday With This Adorable Gesture
Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox have been good friends even though their popular sitcom Friends ended years ago. The actress showed her affection with an adorable message on Cox’s 56th birthday.
Jen wished her Friends co-star-turned-pal Cox a happy belated birthday. The latter turned 56 on Monday and the 51-year-old Aniston apologized for wishing her late. However, she sent her love and good wishes to the birthday girl through Instagram stories on this Tuesday.
While Aniston was a day late in sending her birthday wishes, she tried to make up for her delay with an adorable message to Cox on Instagram. Jen shared four heartfelt posts on her Instagram account.
In the first picture, the Morning Show star uploaded a photo of the smiling birthday girl. Jen wished her a Happy Birthday and called her an “amazing human.”
She posted another sweet picture where Cox is seen making a silly face. Jennifer Aniston publicly made an apology for being late in wishing her while sharing Cox’s selfie. The Scream star is seen looking mischievously at the camera in this one, Daily Mail reports.
Aniston wrote “Sorry I’m late.” There was a throwback picture where the women are seen spending time while working on Friends. While Cox played the role of Monica Geller in the sitcom, Aniston portrayed the character of Rachel Green.
Meanwhile, Lisa Kudrow, who was also her co-star in Friends, wished the Scream star on her actual birthday. Kudrow posted a picture of Cox and her cuddling two dogs. She called the birthday girl grounded, gorgeous, and generous while wishing her happy birthday.
Cox and Jen’s friendship started when they were co-stars on Friends, which was an incredibly popular sitcom of the 90s. It was reported that the entire cast was supposed to shoot a reunion for the show in late March 2020. However, the production of the project had to be stopped amid the coronavirus lockdown.
This special show was reportedly set to start its filming on the former and iconic home at the Warner Bros. Studio lot’s Stage 24 in Burbank. All the main leads of the sitcom – David Schwimmer, Mathew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, Jennifer Aniston, and Courteney Cox are supposed to reunite when the filming of the reunion resume.
