Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s legal battle has taken a completely lurid turn after the deposition revealed that Depp believes his ex-wife Heard once had a threesome with actress Cara Delevingne and Elon Musk.

Page Six reports that in the deposition by Depp’s attorney Benjamin Chew, Josh Drew alleged that the 48-year-old Musk slept with both Heard and Delevingne in Depp’s penthouse in Los Angeles. Drew is the ex-husband of Racquel “Rocky” Pennington, Heard’s best friend.

Musk says that he and Heard only got together after she had separated from Depp. Drew, on the other hand, maintains that Heard and Depp were still married when the supposed threesome happened.

Drew has connections to both Heard and Depp. Aside from being the ex-husband to Heard’s best friend, Heard is also paying for his attorneys, Drew was also living for free in an apartment owned by Depp that was located near the Los Angeles penthouse in question.

The Daily Mail also came out with an image of a woman that looked like Delevingne taking the private elevator to Depp’s Los Angeles penthouse. The elevator closely resembles the one that Heard and Musk were seen cuddling in, images of which were also published by the Daily Mail.

The threesome allegations are just the latest twist in what has been a contentious legal battle between Heard and Depp. All of the allegations now coming out spring from the $50 million libel case Depp has filed against Heard and the British tabloid the Sun. The trial was supposed to have started three months ago, but the onset of the global coronavirus pandemic stopped it in its tracks.

Earlier this year, the British court had allowed Heard to testify behind closed doors, which her attorneys consider a legal victory as it saves her from further vilification by the media. Depp’s camp, on the other hand, maintained that anything Heard would present before the court had already been said in public.

Even before this ongoing libel case, Heard and Depp had a prickly divorce that resulted in a $7 million settlement. It had seemed that it would have been the last interaction between the couple but a Washington Post article written by Heard that alleges Depp was a wife-beater pushed him to file the libel suit.

Aside from the threesome allegation, Depp has also accused Heard of faking her injuries. Heard, meanwhile, has called Depp a “monster” who subjected her to “horrific” abuse.

Depp and Heard first met in 2011 on “The Rum Diary” set and got married to each other in 2015. The marriage was shortlived, with the two divorcing in 2017.
