Jessica Biel remains undeterred following her husband Justin Timberlake’s recent DWI arrest, signaling a strong front amid the controversy. Despite Timberlake’s claim of having had only “one martini” when he was apprehended on June 18 around 1 a.m. in Sag Harbor, NY, the incident has sparked significant media attention. Nonetheless, Biel appears to have moved on, showing no visible distress over the situation.

"Even though getting a DUI is very serious, she was in the Hamptons over the weekend [of July 5] acting like she didn’t have a care in the world," a source exclusively told In Touch. "She’s clearly moved on from everything that has happened. Justin screwed up again, yet she didn’t seem to be fazed by it."

Timberlake, 43, was arrested after reportedly running a stop sign and veering out of his lane while driving a 2025 BMW X7. According to court documents, he exhibited signs of intoxication, including bloodshot eyes, glassy appearance, and unsteady footing. Despite these observations, Timberlake maintained that he had only consumed one martini.

Jessica Biel, 42, who has faced public scrutiny alongside Timberlake in the past—such as the 2019 incident where he was seen holding hands with his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright—remains supportive. Timberlake had apologized for that episode, stating, "I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be."

According to a source, "Jessica is good at turning the other way. Justin is lucky. It doesn’t seem to matter what he does."

Despite the legal turmoil, Timberlake has continued with his professional commitments, including his Forget Tomorrow World Tour. He performed in Chicago shortly after the arrest and again at Madison Square Garden, where Biel was seen dancing in the audience, showing her unwavering support. "They’re always supportive of each other’s careers," an insider told People. "Jess would never miss a show when she’s able to attend. She’s excited for him."

In an effort to maintain a sense of normalcy, Timberlake shared a video on social media of his wife and team participating in a "Swedish candy taste test" backstage. The lighthearted content was met with mixed reactions. While some fans appreciated the effort to move past the incident, others criticized it as a distraction from the DWI controversy. "You're a real one for not shutting off your comments lol," remarked one follower, while another described the video as "Damage control."

Nevertheless, there were defenders among Timberlake’s fanbase. "People in the comments act like they are saints and never done anything wrong. You guys are hilarious," commented one supporter. Another added, "Some of y'all are funny as hell. You will cancel people and act like you're perfect."

The circumstances of Timberlake’s arrest involved him allegedly refusing a breath test after being taken to a police station in East Hampton. Following his arraignment, he was released without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 26. The Suffolk County district attorney's office has charged him with a misdemeanor for driving while intoxicated.

A bartender at the hotel where Timberlake had been prior to the arrest confirmed to People that the singer had only one drink. "If he was drinking more, it wasn't here," added another employee.
