Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have officially listed their Beverly Hills mansion for $68 million. The 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom estate, purchased by the couple in May 2023 for $60 million, is now on the market, signaling potential trouble in paradise.

The sprawling 38,000-square-foot mansion, which sits atop a five-acre promontory, went public on July 11. The listing highlights extensive renovations completed within the last four months, describing the property as a “newly rebuilt and expanded masterpiece.”

Affleck, 51, and Lopez, 54, moved into the mansion with hopes of creating a dream home. However, sources indicate that their relationship has hit rocky terrain. Affleck has already moved out, residing in a $100,000 rental home in Brentwood, California, close to his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their three children. “The writing is on the wall – it’s over,” a source revealed to In Touch in May. “They’re headed for a divorce – and for once, [Ben’s] not to blame!”

Financial disagreements have reportedly exacerbated the couple's issues. According to a source, Affleck was inclined towards a more modest home budget, aiming for around $20 million, while Lopez insisted on the lavish $60 million estate. “Their bills are through the roof,” the insider added, pointing to Lopez's penchant for private jets and designer shopping sprees.

The luxurious mansion, now up for sale, features opulent amenities such as side-by-side massage tables, a gym with basketball and pickleball courts, a massive glam room with barber’s chairs, and a zero-edge pool. The new Zillow listing offers a glimpse into the extravagant lifestyle the couple enjoyed during their brief time in the property.

Despite the glamorous facade, the couple's personal lives tell a different story. They have spent the summer apart, with Lopez vacationing solo in the Italian Riviera and Affleck staying in Los Angeles. Over the Fourth of July weekend, Lopez opted for the Hamptons with her longtime manager Benny Medina, while Affleck had a quiet holiday with his children.

Speculation about their separation gained traction in early June when photos of the mansion’s interiors and exteriors were updated on Zillow. Reports from TMZ confirmed that the couple had been working with realtor Santiago Arana from The Agency, who had been showing the home privately for about two weeks without success.

In public, the couple has made sporadic appearances together. They reunited briefly for family-related events, including Ben’s daughter Violet and son Sam’s respective school graduations. However, their body language suggested tension. Photographs captured them looking strained as they headed to dinner at West Hollywood’s private SoHo House after attending a school event for Jennifer’s child Emme.

Amid the speculation, the couple continues to project a united front on social media. Last month, Lopez posted a heartfelt Father’s Day tribute to Affleck, referring to him as “Our hero.” Affleck, too, has been seen making visits to their Beverly Hills home, despite rumors of their separation.

The couple, famously known as Bennifer, first bought the mansion after nearly two years of house hunting. The significant renovations made to the property have increased its market value to the current listing price of $68 million.
