As divorce rumors swirl around Hollywood power couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger has weighed in on the potential fallout, warning that Lopez could be left "depressed" if Affleck moves on quickly with another woman. The 63-year-old matchmaker's prediction comes amid reports of the couple living apart for weeks and speculation about the state of their two-year marriage.

"It's much easier for the guy to get [a woman], so JLo's probably going to be really depressed to try to date someone else," Stanger told DailyMail.com exclusively. "There's not enough quality men for women. [Men] are spoiled, their egos get inflated and men age better."

Stanger pointed to the contrast between men and women in the dating world, suggesting that while women like Lopez, 54, and supermodel Gisele Bundchen are "going standard in the aging department," men have an easier time finding new partners. "But women breed, men go to the next one to get over their feelings. It's a whole different dynamic," she added.

The matchmaker's comments come on the heels of film producer Jon Peters' revelation in the latest episode of TMZ Investigates' "JLo and Ben: Missed Warning Signs," where he claimed that Lopez's "love addiction" has led her to be in relationships with several men. Peters, 79, stated, "She's a love addict, look at the men she's been with. She can't be alone. She needs a man in her life, she has never spent any real time developing herself."

Dr. Drew, a popular TV host and addiction specialist, further explained the concept of love addiction, confirming that it is a real issue that can be detrimental to relationships. "There are actually thousands of people engaged in 12-step programs who identify as love addicted," he shared. "The features of that include not having great boundaries, they tend to get sucked into relationships readily and easily, they fall hard for people, and once they go in they can't get themselves out."
