George Clooney allegedly encouraged his wife, Amal Clooney to date, other people, since their marriage is already crumbling.

According to National Enquirer, both George and Amal have begun seeing each other after realizing that there’s no way they could fix their marital problems.

An unnamed source told the tabloid that the Clooneys offered the chance for others to go on a double date with them as part of a fundraiser for a charity that they are supporting.

But a year has already passed since the tabloid published their unfounded story about George and Amal. And it is common knowledge that the couple is still together.

However, National Enquirer still insists that George and Amal are splitting up. Other tabloids have also concocted a similar premise about the couple.

For instance, Woman’s Day claimed in April that the Clooneys were splitting up. The tabloid claimed to have seen photos of George and Amal looking upset on their way out of a New York hotel.

OK! magazine also claimed that Amal wanted to divorce George because of his childish behavior. However, the tabloid simply picked up the actor’s statement when he said that he’s barely parent because the role frightens him.

In September, National Enquirer claimed that the Clooneys were renewing their vows to mark their fifth wedding anniversary. The couple’s ceremony will allegedly take place in Los Angeles, and they invited a slew of celebrities like Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston, and more.

However, this isn’t true either. George and Amal celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in New York. And they didn’t also renew their vows to mark the special occasion.
