Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, has been sued by a woman who alleges he, along with two other men, gang-raped her when she was a 17-year-old high school student in 2003. The lawsuit, filed on December 6th, 2023, marks the fourth sexual assault accusation against the music mogul in recent weeks.

The plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe, alleges that Combs, former Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre, and an unnamed third man plied her with alcohol and drugs before assaulting her at Combs' recording studio in New York City.

The lawsuit details the alleged incident, stating that Doe met Pierre at a lounge in Detroit, where she lived, in 2003. Pierre then flew her to New York City on a private jet and brought her to Combs' studio. The lawsuit alleges that Doe was intoxicated and unable to consent to sexual activity when the alleged assault occurred.

Combs has publicly denied all allegations of sexual assault against him. His attorney, Abbe Lowell, issued a statement calling the accusations "outrageous and false."

"This lawsuit is yet another attempt to exploit Mr. Combs' fame and reputation," Lowell said. "We are confident that the truth will come out and Mr. Combs will be vindicated."

This is the fourth sexual assault lawsuit filed against Combs since November 2023. In November, singer Cassie Ventura accused Combs of physical and sexual abuse during their relationship, which was settled out of court. Three other women have also filed lawsuits alleging similar experiences.

The lawsuit is being filed under New York's Adult Survivors Act, which allows victims of sexual assault to file civil claims against their attackers regardless of the statute of limitations. The law, which went into effect in August 2022, has already been used in several high-profile cases.

The allegations have already begun to impact Combs' career. He has been removed from the upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars," and several brands have announced that they will no longer work with him.
