Vladimir Putin's Health Under the Microscope: Scar and Heart Attack Rumors Emerge
The health of Russian President Vladimir Putin has become the subject of intense speculation and concern following a series of reports and observations that have emerged over the past week. A video circulating online has added fuel to the fire, showing the Russian leader with a noticeable scar on his neck, leading to conjectures about its origin and its connection to Putin's overall health.
The video, which showcases Putin speaking at an unspecified public event, clearly displays the scar. This visual evidence was quickly followed by reports suggesting that the Russian leader had recently suffered a heart attack, necessitating intensive care. A Telegram channel, believed to be managed by a former Kremlin official, has been at the forefront of these claims, stating that Putin's recent health scare caused significant "alarm" throughout Moscow.
According to this insider source, Putin was discovered "lying on the floor, rolling his eyes" in what appeared to be a severe cardiac episode. The source continued, detailing that Putin was swiftly moved to a specialized medical facility to receive intensive care. The Telegram channel General SVR elaborated on the incident: "Putin convulsively arched while lying on the floor, rolling his eyes. The doctors, who were on duty at the residence in one of the adjacent rooms, were immediately called. Doctors performed resuscitation, having previously determined that the president was in cardiac arrest. Help was provided on time, the heart was started, and Putin regained consciousness."
However, it's essential to approach these claims with caution. While there has been rampant speculation about Putin's health in recent months, especially given his visible physical tremors during public speeches, the Daily Express has not been able to independently verify the recent claims surrounding his health.
Earlier this year, leaked documents hinted that Ukraine has been closely monitoring Putin's health. Two unnamed officials even posited that Putin's internal adversaries might attempt to oust him, especially after rumors circulated that he had undergone a round of chemotherapy.
Before the heart attack reports gained traction, an advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine shared messages from Telegram that cast doubts on Putin's health. Anton Gerashenko, the advisor, shared a screenshot from Telegram of a Putin supporter named Pozdnyakov. The translated message from Pozdnyakov read: "God, don't you leave us. Pray to God you are alive and healthy."
The health of a nation's leader, especially one as influential as Putin, is always of global interest. As the world watches and waits for more concrete information, the speculations continue to underscore the unpredictable nature of international politics and the importance of transparent communication.
