Adele's Grand Mansion Renovation Unsettles Household: Total Makeover or Total Chaos?
Adele, known for her meticulous attention to detail, is stirring up a storm with the extensive refurbishment of her Los Angeles mansion, previously owned by Sylvester Stallone. The exhaustive renovation process is reportedly driving everyone involved, including fiancé Rich Paul, to their wit's end, sources divulged to The National ENQUIRER.
The internationally renowned singer-songwriter seems to be grappling with the minutiae of her dream home's redesign – everything from tile selection to the hue of wooden flooring.
"Adele is constantly carrying color samples in her handbag and endlessly comparing faucet designs on her phone," an insider confessed. "Her indecisiveness is leading to frequent alterations, turning the renovation into a more laborious process than it should be."
The Grammy Award-winning artist has allegedly put her architect and main contractor on speed dial, obsessing over every minute decision.
The 35-year-old "Hello" hitmaker splurged $58 million last year on Stallone's opulent 3.6-acre Beverly Park estate, an awe-inspiring property complete with eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a sauna, a steam room, an office, a cinema, an infinity pool, a putting green, an art studio, and an eight-car garage.
However, Adele's vision of her dream home has led to some drastic changes. Construction teams have dismantled the second floor and gutted entire rooms as part of the extensive revamp.
"Rich just wants the renovation project to be completed, but Adele seems absorbed in every little detail," the source added. "What was meant to be an exciting project is gradually becoming a nightmare!"
