Prince Harry's recent behavior has not only stirred a media frenzy but also ruffled feathers within the royal family. Princess Anne, known for her strong ties with her nephew, is reportedly incensed by his recent conduct, an eminent royal expert reveals.

Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, has recently been at the heart of public attention. His memoir "Spare," released in January, delivered a series of family revelations that shook royal protocols. Following the memoir, the Duke was involved in various high-profile endeavors, including a contentious Netflix documentary and a string of well-publicized interviews.

Jennie Bond, an authoritative voice on royal affairs, spoke to OK! Magazine about the mounting tension. Bond described Princess Anne as a direct and candid individual, much like her late mother, Queen Elizabeth, who was renowned for her ability to compartmentalize information. Despite being reportedly "furious" with Harry, Bond believes that Princess Anne will still hold her bond with her nephew, even though his actions have deeply upset the royal family.

"Anne is probably a little bit like [her mother]," said Bond. "When the family was imploding, but she had a job to do, she could just put that on one side and get on with the job in hand."

Prince Harry had an anticipated reunion with the royal family at King Charles' coronation earlier this month. The gathering saw an interaction between him and Princess Anne that did not go unnoticed. Harry, placed in the third row amongst less prominent members of the royal family, found himself obstructed by the flamboyant feather on Princess Anne's hat, sparking a moment of laughter between them.

Bond said, “It was entirely natural to stop and chat with her nephew with whom, I think, she got on pretty well over the years rather than cause some kind of public scene.”

However, she believes the congeniality concealed a deeper frustration. “I am quite sure that deep down Anne has been absolutely furious with Harry for upsetting her mother, his grandmother, so much in her last years,” Bond stated.

She further explained that while the coronation was not the appropriate venue for confrontation, the relationship between Prince Harry and Princess Anne may be strained due to the damage his actions may have caused to the royal reputation.

“She works so damned hard, so hard for the constitutional monarchy and anything that damages it would make her very angry,” she concluded, hinting at the potential turbulence within the royal relationships.
