Ryan Seacrest May Be Planning To Move To LA For Good
If reports doing to the rounds online are anything to go by, Ryan Seacrest is seriously considering to permanently shift to Los Angeles he suffered from exhaustion during the shooting for American Idol. After the incident took place on-air, friends of the 45-year-old host are worried about his hectic schedule of shows.
Currently, Seacrest has been following social distancing practices and shooting his show Live with Kelly & Ryan from his home in Los Angeles and doesn't seem to have any sort of plans to return to New York. The host had previously contemplated relocating to West Coast after fans got worried about him for slurring words amid finale of American Idol.
As per Closer Weekly, a source clarifies that Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve's host has nothing against the city New York but in Los Angeles, he feels much healthier comparatively. After the incident, Seacrest took social media to confirm that he has been exhausted due to his hectic schedule and going through a "health care" amid switching between four shows back to back.
Seacrest further admits that he understands the need of the host being in the same space with other host but currently, he is dreading the idea of going back to New York. During the finale of the American Idol, it was seen the host was not only slurring his words but also dropping one of his eyes as one eye looked bigger compared to another.
One of the insiders told that even network executives are worried about Seacrest overdoing the work and internal questions have been raised. Seacrest fans speculated that The Disney Family Singalong specials host had a stroke which was later confirmed the next day.
The source mentioned that the host is trying to adjust to this "new normal" along with finding balance in work and home. This continuous workload has added stress on the host to perform all his live shows being in quarantine from his home in Los Angeles.
Even during the intense exhaustion facing by the host, Seacrest helped to crown the Singer-songwriter Just Sam as she won American Idol. Although the host seemed to be healthy when he appeared on Live with Kelly & Ryan after taking a "well-deserved" day off.
The host also thank Mark Consuelos who filled his place in the absence of Seacrest by saying, "He’s so good at it! Also, all the very kind well-wishes for my exhaustion, working around the clock, so I got a day off to relax."
