Jamie Foxx Returns to Social Media Following Unexplained Health Scare
Jamie Foxx reappeared on Instagram on May 3 after a sudden health issue required him to be hospitalized for several weeks. The actor expressed his gratitude for the support he received and stated he is "feeling blessed."
Jamie's daughter, Corinne Foxx, initially informed the public of her father's unexpected hospitalization on April 11. Judging by his recent social media activity, the comedian appears to be recovering well.

In his Instagram Story, he shared Corinne's post about Beat Shazam and tagged Nick Cannon, who stepped in as host during his absence.
"Appreciate ya my boy @nickcannon. See you all soon," he wrote.
As Beat Shazam's sixth season continues, Cannon has agreed to serve as a guest host for his friends Jamie and Corinne, with Kelly Osbourne joining as guest DJ.
"Everyone at FOX Entertainment wishes Jamie well as he continues his recovery, and we greatly appreciate Nick's willingness to jump in and help this summer," read the statement.
Corinne Foxx Provides Update on Jamie Foxx's Medical Emergency Corinne, an activist, CEO, and producer, shared in a statement that her father was hospitalized while filming the upcoming Netflix movie Back in Action in Atlanta.
Jamie had "experienced a medical complication" but was already "on his way to recovery."
"We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday," she wrote. "Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery."
Since then, the family has not provided any specifics about Jamie's condition.
"We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers," she continued. "The family asks for privacy during this time."
Jamie's enigmatic health issue followed reports of a meltdown on the set of Back in Action, where he stars alongside Cameron Diaz.
