As Donald Trump gears up for his 2024 presidential bid, his family appears to be disintegrating. Ivanka Trump, his eldest daughter, has dismissed the attorney representing her brothers Eric and Don Jr. in their legal dispute with New York Attorney General Letitia James, according to RadarOnline.com. This move further divides the former first family.

James filed a $250 million fraud lawsuit against Donald, Ivanka, Eric, and Don Jr., as well as Trump's real estate firm and its top executives, accusing them of falsely inflating property values to secure cheaper loans. The Attorney General seeks to "permanently" prohibit Donald and his three eldest children from conducting business in New York State. While the Trumps have denied the fraud allegations, Ivanka has distinguished herself from her family by retaining separate legal representation.

Forbes recently obtained documents that showed Ivanka has severed ties with attorneys Clifford Robert and Michael Farina of Robert & Robert, the legal team representing Eric and Don Jr. in the legal battle. Instead, she has chosen to be represented by Bennet Moskowitz of Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders, signaling a break in family unity.

RadarOnline.com previously reported that Ivanka has been distancing herself from her father and brothers after announcing her decision not to support Donald in his attempt to regain the presidency.

Ivanka's refusal to back her father's 2024 presidential campaign, despite his pleas, has caused tension within the family. Her and Jared Kushner's voluntary testimony before the Jan. 6th congressional committee has also sparked controversy. Ivanka reportedly told investigators that she did not believe the 2020 election was stolen, contradicting her father's baseless claims.

A source said, "Donald was furious with Ivanka," adding that "Donnie and Eric considered her testimony a betrayal."

The insider continued, "They believe she and Jared have chosen sides — and it ain't with them."
