Dolly Parton's vanity-driven dedication to maintaining her hourglass figure with the help of corsets is reportedly causing her severe back pain, according to the tabloid Globe, citing insiders. The 77-year-old "Jolene" singer has allegedly struggled for years to keep her waist at a slim 18 inches, despite her 36DD breast implants and petite 5-foot frame.

An insider revealed, "Dolly's still got horrendous back pain from her plastic boobs, which are simply too big for her 5-foot frame, and all those corsets she wears aren't helping." Parton's extensive collection of corsets, dating back to the 1970s, are not only causing her pain but also affecting her posture.

The country music queen is known for her love of cinched-in waists, which accentuate her hips, bust, and derriere, as well as her iconic big hair. However, her insistence on wearing corsets, particularly during performances, has raised concerns among those close to her. "People around her are urging her to let loose and be more natural because all this spine hell is not worth it," says the insider.

Although Parton's representative has dismissed the claims of corset-related health issues as "dumb," there are growing fears that the singer may eventually need spinal surgery or even become crippled. Medical experts warn that corset-wearing can lead to spinal curvature, poor digestion, atrophied back muscles, and a deformed rib cage.

Parton's health risks are further compounded by her yo-yo dieting, which has left her underweight at 98 pounds and prone to brittle bone disease. The "Here You Come Again" singer has also undergone various cosmetic procedures, including a brow lift, eyelid and chin work, a nose job, and breast augmentation.

Dolly Parton's surgeon, Dr. John Grossman, acknowledged her history of cosmetic procedures, stating, "She has a generous bosom, which I augmented some years ago. She's had her face rejuvenated on a number of occasions, not a full facelift." Despite the high costs of her appearance, Parton famously jokes that it "costs a lot of money to look this cheap."

However, insiders warn that if Parton doesn't change her ways and discard her corsets, she could be facing serious back surgery in the future.
