Tom Cruise To Construct Coronavirus-Free Village For 'Mission: Impossible 7'
Tom Cruise is all set to construct an entire village to continue shooting for Mission: Impossible 7. The aforesaid village will reportedly be corona-proof, allowing the actor to shoot without jeopardizing his or his crew member's safety amid the pandemic.
The Top Gun actor started shooting for the seventh installment of his action franchise in December 2019 when the COVID-19 news outbreak and many other movies including Mission Impossible 7 was put on a hold. The reports suggest that the coronavirus-free village is going to be built at RAF's abandoned site as the movie is already been delayed because of the pandemic and the filmmakers see no signs of things getting back to normal soon.
Building a village that is unfettered from the deadly virus is the quickest and the safest strategy for the professionals to resume their shooting.
The reports also mentioned that it was difficult for the producers to get rooms in a hotel for the entire crew and cast because all the hotels are closed and they might remain closed for a long time now. Cruise has a reputation for making things better and bigger, meaning, the entire set up will be carrying a steep price tag.
However, it is not surprising that the Mission Impossible star has a relatively higher stake with this seventh installment of the franchise as it is known to receive striking numbers at the box offices across the globe.
In December, the actor was filming in Venice when the COVID-19 pandemic strikeout and Italy soon became the hotspot as it witnessed thousands of cases in just a few weeks that resulted in the shoot getting stopped immediately.
The entire crew and cast members were moved to the United Kingdom from Venice. The movie is being directed by director and screenwriter Christopher McQuarrie. While the movie was initially slated to be released in July 2020, now it has been postponed and will resume the pending shoot from September.
The release date of the movie is expected to reveal after the shoot starts. Cruise will reprise the beloved character of Ethan Hunt while Ving Rhames will be seen accompanying being a teammate and best friend by playing Luther Stickell.
In the upcoming flick, Simon Pegg will be again seen as Benji that will also feature Vanessa Kirby and Rebecca Ferguson. The movie is highly anticipated by the fans all around the world considering the popular franchise and Cruise's fan base.
