Ivanka Trump visited her father, former President Donald Trump, at Mar-a-Lago over the weekend before he faces charges in New York, sources informed Page Six. The meeting took place on Sunday at his Palm Beach, Florida, residence, ahead of his arraignment on Tuesday.

On the same day, Ivanka was seen with her husband, former White House adviser Jared Kushner, at a Bal Harbor, Florida, condo owned by his parents. The former president was also spotted playing golf at his private club that day.

Ivanka's visit to her father appeared to be a show of private support after she had previously distanced herself from his most recent White House campaign. The 41-year-old managed to visit the club without being photographed.

Following a grand jury's decision to indict her father, Ivanka posted on Instagram, "I love my father and I love my country. Today, I am pained for both. I appreciate the voices across the political spectrum expressing support and concern."

A source told Page Six that Ivanka and Kushner "want nothing to do with this," adding that Ivanka lost many friends and social connections during Trump's presidency. The couple reportedly wants to leave the past behind and focus on building their life in Miami.

Kushner, 42, commented on the indictment on Friday during an appearance at the Future Investment Initiative Institute's priority summit in Miami Beach. He stated, "I think that it shows, obviously, the fear that the Democrats have of Trump and the political strength that he has."

The former president arrived in Manhattan on Monday to appear in Manhattan Supreme Court for his arraignment. The indictment stems from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's ongoing investigation into alleged hush money paid to adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election. Trump faces more than 30 counts of falsifying business records, including felony charges.

Trump has denied the allegations, calling the situation "Political Persecution and Election Interference at the highest level in history" in a statement.
