King Charles III ‘Doesn’t Want To Lose’ Prince Harry, Royal Expert Says
A royal expert is sharing an insight into what King Charles III supposedly feels about his relationship with Prince Harry.
Angela Levin discussed the matter with Us Weekly while promoting her new book, “Camilla: From Outcast To Queen Consort” on Tuesday. She noted that the King “doesn’t want to lose him as a son,” referring to the Duke of Sussex.
The expert continued in the exchange that the British Monarch “loves Harry,” adding that while “he might not like what” his youngest son is doing, “he loves him and there’s a weakness there for him.”
Levin also said that the King, who will have his coronation day in May, “is a monarch, but he’s also a father.”
Writing for Vanity Fair, Katie Nicholl learned similar claims from sources reportedly close to King Charles III.
The royal expert noted in her piece, published in late January, that the insiders revealed how the monarch wants Prince Harry to be present at the coronation, despite Prince William allegedly being resistant to the idea.
Sources close to the Prince of Wales, meanwhile, are said to have claimed that there is no trust left between the royal and his younger brother, seemingly suggesting a reconciliation is unlikely for the siblings.
But, even so, the British Monarch reportedly believes that the family has to move on and that they must be united ahead of the coronation.
Nicholl continued that another source said King Charles III “is a forgiving person by nature” and “he wants to move on.”
It is added that “whatever has been said and done, Harry is still his son and he loves him,” with the insider reportedly adding that the King “cannot imagine being crowned, the most important moment of his life, without both his sons witnessing the moment.”
Talks about a reconciliation between Prince Harry and King Charles III, alongside the rest of the British Royal Family, seemingly come after the release of the former’s memoir, “Spare.”
In his book, which hit shelves earlier in January, the former working royal made several claims about some members of his family, including the King, the Prince of Wales, and even the Queen Consort.
But, the British Royal Family has yet to comment on the material and address the claims in it. The members continue to maintain their silence about the matter.
Elsewhere in the exchange with Us Weekly, published Tuesday, Angela Levin also shared her thoughts about the claims Prince Harry made, especially about Queen Consort Camilla.
The royal expert told the outlet that the second wife of King Charles III is “not a villain,” adding that “she doesn’t seek attention.” She also said that the Queen Consort “doesn’t want to be in the center of the light going on” as “she’s very happy to be a background person and she’s not a plotter.”
