Prince Andrew and Virginia Roberts Giuffre may have already reached a settlement, but this doesn’t mean that all is well between them.

A source told Globe that Prince Andrew is plotting to take down his sexual abuse accuser despite already reaching a hefty settlement with her last year.

“The dirty Duke of York is totally deranged and struggling to cope with the humiliation of losing his military honors and His Royal Highness's title in the wake of the firestorm caused by Jeffrey Epstein’s sex slave Virginia Giuffre’s explosive charge. Andrew takes no responsibility for his own actions and believes he’s the victim in this tawdry tale,” the source said.

The source added that Prince Andrew is convinced that his fall from grace was orchestrated by Giuffre and not by the fact that he was once good friends with the late Jeffrey Epstein.

“Now, King Charles’ younger brother wants his pound of flesh. He intends to go after Giuffre, obtain a retraction – and the estimated $12 million he coughed to settle the civil suit she filed in America without facing a mortifying trial,” the source said.

Additionally, the source also claimed that Prince Andrew plans to team up with Ghislaine Maxwell to try and take down Giuffre.

“Of course, the duke and Maxwell have plenty of motives to trash his accuser. Ghislaine is appealing her conviction and Andrew is tired of being a public pariah and is even pushing Charles to return the honors and titles he uses to enrich himself,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. Prince Andrew doesn’t have any plans to take down Giuffre because their issues have long been settled.

And it’s unlikely for the Duke of York to want to open up about their issues especially now that it’s no longer being talked about as frequently as it once was.

It seems that the tabloid is just revisiting an old issue and linking it to the other rumors claiming that Prince Andrew wants King Charles to return his military titles.

However, this claim isn’t accurate either. Prince Andrew has not formally requested King Charles to return his titles and the monarch wouldn’t also return them because it would cause a huge backlash among the royal family’s supporters.
