Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker reportedly took their relationship to the next level.

TMZ learned from a source that the 34-year-old actress got engaged to the 26-year-old professional athlete before 2022 ended. As claimed, he proposed to her some time at the end of the year.

It remains unclear when exactly Tucker supposedly asked for Hudgens’ hand in marriage. But, the publication said in its report that the pair flew to Paris in November, noting that the location is a lovely place for a potential proposal to happen.

Following the latest claims, though, neither the “High School Musical” alum nor the Major Baseball League star has addressed the reports. They have yet to comment on the matter, making it unknown whether they indeed got engaged.

Page Six recalled in a recent report that Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker first sparked dating rumors in late 2020. It came after eyewitnesses spotted them holding hands during an outing in Los Angeles that November.

But, it was only in the following February that the “Princess Switch” star and the professional baseball shortstop made their relationship official on Instagram. They marked that year’s Valentine’s Day with sweet posts on the platform, featuring photos of them together.

In November 2021, Tucker and Hudgens made their red carpet debut as a couple when they attended the AFI Fest Opening Night Gala. As noted, they were present at the event for the premiere of the actress’s film, “Tick, Tick… Boom!”

The two personalities were seemingly last seen together, particularly on social media, late last week.

Vanessa Hudgens took to Instagram a candid photo of herself with Cole Tucker as they danced together.

She wrote in the caption, “I’ll stop the world and melt with you,” and included a red heart and smiling face with three hearts emojis. She also tagged her partner’s official account in the post.

The snap has obtained over 646,000 likes, with more than 690 comments as netizens appeared to have expressed their love and adoration for the couple in the comments section.

Elsewhere, Vanessa Hudgens previously revealed how she and Cole Tucker first met.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, published in April 2021, the “Beastly” actress said she and her partner first “met on a Zoom meditation group,” adding that it is “very random.”

Hudgens also gave an insight into her relationship with the MLB star, sharing in the exchange that “he’s just kind of perfect for me” and she is “really” happy.

She added, “I think that it’s also so important to stay grateful for everything that you have in life. I’ve been making that a priority, and I feel like it’s just been making magic happen all the more.”
